Our Services

Concrete Frame Services

Whatever your structure needs, we match you with frame contractors who specialise in exactly that discipline — from in-situ RC to post-tensioned transfer slabs.

RC Frames

In-situ reinforced concrete frames for residential, commercial and education buildings.

Reinforced concrete remains the default frame for repetitive floor plates, robust fire performance and acoustic separation. Our network’s RC frame contractors handle everything from foundations to the topmost slab, working to the structural engineer’s design and the main contractor’s programme.

PT Frames

Bonded and unbonded post-tensioned flat slabs and transfer structures.

Post-tensioning lets concrete span further with less depth. PT flat slabs reduce structural zone, cut concrete and reinforcement quantities, and create column-free space — often unlocking an extra storey within the same building height. Our PT specialists cover design coordination, tendon installation and stressing.

Hybrid & Transfer

Combining RC, PT and precast where each performs best.

Many real buildings are not purely RC or PT. Podium transfer slabs carry towers over open retail or car-park levels; precast can speed repetitive elements; PT can solve a single long-span zone. Our network includes contractors comfortable engineering and building hybrid frames as one coordinated package.

Basements & Substructure

Watertight concrete basements, capping beams and retaining structures.

The substructure sets up the whole frame. Our network’s contractors deliver capping beams, ground-bearing and piled slabs, retaining walls and watertight (Type B integral) concrete basements, coordinating with the piling contractor and waterproofing designer.

Cores & Shafts

Jump-form and climbing-form stair and lift cores that set the pour cycle.

On tall buildings the core leads the frame. Slip-form, jump-form and climbing-form cores let the stair and lift shafts rise ahead of the floors, stabilising the building and protecting the floor-on-floor cycle. Our contractors plan core strategy as part of the wider frame programme.

Design & Build

Single-point frame packages with design, temporary works and delivery.

A design-and-build frame package gives the main contractor one point of responsibility for the structure. The frame contractor takes on (or coordinates) the permanent design development, temporary works, falsework and delivery — de-risking the most critical element of the build.
